Puli (English: Tiger) is an upcoming Indian Tamil fantasy-adventure film written and directed by Chimbu Deven. The film features Vijay in a dual role alongside an ensemble cast including Sudeep, Sridevi, Shruti Haasan, Hansika Motwani, Prabhu and Nandita Swetha.
Produced by Vijay's public relations officer Selvakumar, the project has Natarajan Subramaniam as the cinematographer and has T. Muthuraj as the production designer. After beginning pre-production works in early 2013, the film began its shoot in November 2014. The official teaser has been released on 22 June 2015. The film is scheduled to be released on 1 October 2015.
The film's soundtrack and background score were composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
