Our next hike will be at the Suikerbosrand Reserve:

Th Suikerbosrand Reserve supports a large variety of plant and wildlife. 

Mammal species include mountain reedbuck, common duiker, steenbok, grey duiker, baboon, oribi, eland, blesbok, springbok, red hartebeest, black wildebeest, kudu and zebra. 

Predators roaming this vast sanctuary are cheetah, brown hyena and other smaller species. 

There is a 4km trail, 10km and 17km trail

*Please note that each vehicle entering the reserve needs to pay a conservation fee of R40
