Collective Amnesia [The Audio Experience] Virtual Listening Lounge

Collective Amnesia [The Audio Experience] is the marriage of sound, poetry, music and theatre making, a storytelling experience for the ears, transporting the listener from their reality into the worlds of the poems.

Koleka Putuma narrates all fifty one poems in three parts: Inherited Memory, Buried Memory and Postmemory; accompanied by an original score, a choir and string quartet Created and Produced in partnership with Paper Cranes Collaborative.

The virtual listening experience will consist of a listening in two parts: chapter one, followed by a short interval and closing with chapters 2 and 3. The duration of the listening experience is 2 hours.
