It is time to choose love & connection over fear & separation.
It is time to connect with the wisdom of our sacred hearts.
We are in transition. There is no denying it. The signs are everywhere.
We are being asked to step into new ways of being across our lives. We’re exploring new ways of working, new ways of communicating, new ways of integrating into our communities. These new ways are guiding us into faster rates of adaptation. Change is occurring at a speed that we have never experienced in this lifetime.
How do we maintain our center in the midst of this (seemingly) chaotic change?
The answer lies within us. The medicine is in our hearts.
