Kid's Business Holiday Workshops

The Exclusive Kid's Business Holiday Workshops are entrepreneurial development programs, specifically designed for children aged between 10 and 18 years old.
 
The workshops are guided by Ivette Gouws, CA, mother of tweens and entrepreneur with over 12 years experience.
 
The children are guided in a fun, interactive and safe environment to create, develop and explore their ideas into reality!
 
We provide your kids with all the skills they they need to make their idea into a business every morning (9:00am - 12:30pm) for a week (Monday - Friday) during the school holidays (both 3-term and 4-term holidays).
 
These Skills include:

• working out costs,
• mark-ups and profits,
• money management,
• marketing,
• professional behaviour,
• networking
• so much more!

 
They will be given daily tasks to be completed at home so that their product is ready to sell at the market, such as buying ingredients, making posters, recapping the days work.
 
Then on Saturday there is a market from 9:00am to 12:30pm! This is where they will gain their sales experience! 
 
They get so much from this workshop, including:

• A fun week away from the iPad, TV, and computer.
• A full colour, interactive and fun Kid's Business booklet, (which is really the "KIT"). 
• We guide them through the whole process in manageable chunks, with fun activities in between.
• Daily tasks to be completed at home. 
• Kid's Business golf shirt and cap in their colours of choice - must be worn at the market day.
• A full sationery pouch.
• Daily healthy snack.

 
We limit the number of participants at the workshops to only 20 kids, so that each child gets far more personal attention and assistance, affording them a better experience.
