ABOUT
The Basic Concept Programme (BCP) is a cognitive education for young children who experience barriers towards learning.
We will be offering a live online training with the creator of the programme (Dr Louis Benjamin).
The BCP has been used extensively in South Africa as well as other countries around the world to help to advance learning and cognitive development of young children mostly from disadvantaged communities.
The course is open to all teachers, parents, educational professionals and learning support teachers.
The course includes a practical component where participants learn to implement the programme alongside the teaching sessions.
The course participants will receive an attendance/mediator certificate at the end of the course.
There are 8 sessions run over a period of 8 weeks. Each session is 120minutes in duration.
