There is evidence which suggests that self-talk plays a role in facilitating a variety of cognitive processes including emotion regulation, coping with difficult experiences, and how you take perspective.

This October, we have 2 phenomenal speakers to share with the importance of having a good inner dialogue because it can take us from being fearful of setting that big hairy goal and taking the plunge to become fearless in going from side-hustle to full-hustle.

We are also excited to announce that this event will, in fact, be a hybrid! (cheers) We will be able to host 40 wonderful women at our gorgeous venue at the Ideas Cartel, Old Foundry Hotel. There will also be tickets available for online tickets too.
