Melina and Liza take you through an incredibly empowering process of defining what it is that you want and then visually creating this to help you stay focused and excited about your desires.

During this fun morning, we take you through the steps to identify some limiting beliefs, knock them over and create some new and exciting goals and vision. 

A vegetarian lunch will be served. Refreshments available throughout the day.
