Why have I created this program?

Half the time we don't even know how much were polluting our bodies. From GMO’s to pesticides and hormone antibiotic pumped animals, not to mention hybrid grains and artificial chemicals used in flavourings and sweeteners.


Think of your body as a pinball machine

Your body needs NUTRIENTS, made up of proteins carbs and fats to function efficiently. Each food group contains different vitamins and minerals that are used in the body's processes. Each function is reliant on another and EVERYTHING is interconnected. We need NOURISHMENT, mind body and soul!

Inflammation lies at the root of all chronic diseases and ailments, including weight gain. Inflammation interferes with the body's response to leptin, a hormone that tells the brain when you've had enough to eat. If your brain doesn't receive this signal, it can cause you to eat more than necessary. Reducing inflammatory foods can turn your health around and as a result help you lose excess weight.
