ABOUT

This online session forms part of the Lockstep Life series, designed specifically for the integrated world we are living in where work and life are blended. Take a look here for more details and to sign your organisation up for the full series.

So much of the coaching and personal development field is built on the notion that we could be doing better, that there is more that we could achieve or be or do - more money, more success, more happiness, better relationships.

While there are great thoughts in this space, and the ideas are useful, there can be a shadow side to this - we never feel enough.

More recently though, there is a different approach to this concept of ‘reaching your potential’.  There’s a growing and broad collection of ideas and techniques for how we unlock under-utilised potential in ourselves and others.

In this masterclass we look at separating fact from fiction and getting a broad view of how these different ideas have come about, what underlies them and how they relate to each other.

Then we’ll start to just play with some of the ideas of how you could work with a success coach (or similar) to unlock your own potential using the work of

  • John de Martini on values
  • Carol Dweck on mindset
  • James Clear on Habits.
  •  and others.

We will make this practical by looking at how you can apply this to:

  • Your own life
  • The team you lead and the individuals in it
  • The business or organisation you head up
  • Your kids, partner or friends and family
