ABOUT
Do you want to take your business online but are not sure where to begin? In this free webinar, we'll hear from two business owners, one a web developer and the other a baker. Dane Rossenrode, web developer and founder of Touchdreams, will discuss what to consider when choosing an e-commerce platform, contrasting Shopify, WooCommerce and some lesser known options.

About the speakers
Dane has a passion for quite a few things besides designing and developing websites. He loves TED talks and learning, debating, and teaching. He's particularly fond of the environment.
Alexis enrolled at the Cape Town International Hotel School in 2004 where she trained for three years as an in-service trainee and graduated with a Diploma in Professional Cookery. She continued her journey in the hospitality industry gaining experience in the heart of some of Cape Town’s busiest hotel kitchens. Her passion for cooking turned to baking and her dream of creating sweet goods at home became a reality in December 2012.
The need for perfection and attention to detail is a great motivation for her and she believes that a cake should look amazing and taste even better! She has since developed her own style, specialising in dense and decadent creations with a rustic touch, known as ‘Lexi’s Crumbs’.
She was born in Cape Town and moved further South to Muizenberg in 2015, where she enjoys gardening in her free time.
