Vunwe Sanitary

Every girl has a dream. But all too often, the path is blocked by obstacles such as poverty, lack of basic needs, and social status. Luckily, Vunwe is working hard to help girls overcome these obstacles and reach their dreams.

We have a dedicated team that is has been helping girls with basic sanitary pads that help in their time of need, this campaign started due to the fact many of our young girls go to schools but are faced with a challenge as they grow older to have basic sanitary pads due to poverty or no support from families to help with this. We have made research and found a way to break this was to provide reusable pads to cut down the costs and to make it easier for them to focus on their education. We provide a pack of 6 reusable sanitary pads, 1 toothpaste, 1 bath soap, 2 panties and cleaning equipment. Other items we also would love to donate is deodarant and lotion.

This campaign has thus far helped alot of girls in the rural villages in Limpopo and we are embarking on helping as many girls as we grow.

On average one girl costs only R250 per listed items above.
