Women's Health Fit Night In is back!
Join us on Saturday 19 September at 9am, together with adidas and Mitchum for another FREE epic online sweat session.
Your #FNI Line-up includes:
- Barre with Fiona
- Metcon with Mapule
- Step Aerobics with Nomawothi and Angelique
What you'll need for #FNI:
- a mat / large towel
- a chair / table /counter to use as a barre
- light weights / identical filled water bottles / cans
- Sweat towel and water — it’s going to get sweaty!!
