· How to rise above negative habits of thinking with proven meditation techniques
· How to develop mental attitudes that support inner peace and mental strength
Everybody is welcome to attend this course, regardless of experience. This half-day will consist of practical teachings and short guided meditations that will give rise to a peaceful feeling in the mind and improve our ability to find our inner strength. There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers.
