We're here to give you practical tools and techniques to manage your stress and boundaries, and most importantly boost your well-being - there is only one of you so make sure you care for you!

YOUR COACHES
Jackie is a certified Results Coach (Global NeuroLeadership Group) and cultural transformation practitioner, an Executive Leadership Coach, OD Consultant, and the Founder of the LeadMe Academy. She’s spent over 1000 hours coaching leaders, managers and entrepreneurs and holds multiple qualifications in the art of coaching, organisational psychology, mindfulness and applied neuroscience.
Jackie is the Lead Business Coach on the Investec Startup School Programme and the Director of ConsultUp, a consultancy that focuses on the alignment of culture, strategy and leadership for growing businesses.
Stijn de Leeuw
Stijn studied Psychology at the University of Amsterdam and graduated his masters in Clinical Developmental Psychology with Merit. In 2018 he moved to Cape Town to enrol a PhD at the University of Cape Town. His area of expertise is resilience, and his research focuses on investigating protective factors that support resilience longitudinally in children aged 3 to 8.
Stijn’s goal is to put research into practice and set up resilience interventions for children in low - and middle-income countries with a desperate need for easy, accessible, and safe mental health care. His passion lead to establishing his own NGO, Little Lions child coaching, where he focusses on emotional development, self-confidence and resilience.
