Raquel Munn’s formal training includes a National Diploma in Musical Theatre from the Tshwane University of Technology and an Advanced Two in classical ballet from the Royal Academy of Dance. Vocal training by Liz Caplan Studios NYC.
Theatre credits include: Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Narrator Alternate), My Fairlady (State Theatre), The Rocky Horror Show (Magenta Cover- Victor y Theatre), Disney’s Beauty and the Beast (Belle Cover), Disney’s High School Musical-Live-On-Stage (Sharpay-Asian Tour), Singin’ in the Rain (Mary Margaret-International Tour), Saturday Night Fever (Shirley Branson-State Theatre), Chicago (Mona/U.S. Velma-International Tour) , Rock of Ages (Constance Sack), The Producers (Ulla Inga Hansen Bensen Yonsen Tallen-Hallen Svaden-Svanson).
Other theatre credits include being a Featured Singer for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and Guest Entertainer for Princess Cruise Lines.
In music, Raquel can be found featured on various albums namely, SoulCandi SessionThree (Soulcandi), I Am (Theo Kgosinkwe of Mafikizolo GALLO SA-Platinum) and Warrior (Shota Music). Raquel has also written and recorded with Gabi Le Roux for Kaleidosound Productions ( EMI , SOUTH AFRICA ). Raquel is thrilled to be back in South Africa performing for you.
