STAY THE COURSE
For the entrepreneur intentionally seeking growth and personalised guidance for their journey.
The Stay The Course package includes:
- Entry to the Growth Setting Masterclass for up to 3 participants.
- An eWorkbook for each participant joining.
- 2 x one hour long Group Coaching sessions for up to three participants (individually valued at R250 a session) with organisational consultant, Kelvin Johnson.
- 1 x 45 minute one-on-one consultation with with organisational consultant, Kelvin Johnson (individually valued at R450 a session)

What does Group Coaching look like?
We’ll work to assist your team in setting priorities for taking action to achieve growth. We will focus on evaluating the actions, progress, and appropriate learnings for your team, as well as, provide additional resources, assessments, or other tools to assist your team on your journey. This is done in group fashion, where more than one business team will meet with a consultant who will facilitate the time.
What is one-on-one consulting?
This is a personalised form of coaching whereby one business will meet and have the undivided attention of the consultant. The time is focussed solely on the business and team in question and provides a tailor made journey of guidance for growth.
What if I don’t know or have any business partners to bring along with me to the event?
You are welcome to bring along a business associate, a friend or family member you think would like to contribute to help growing your business. If you’d prefer to come alone, that’s perfect too! We’re really friendly and you’re bound to walk out of the session knowing a few more people.
Do I have to have an established business to join in the Growth Setting Masterclass?
Not at all! This Masterclass is for businesses in their ideation phase to well established and full fledged. Even when we’re at different points in our journey, we’re never too established to learn and grow.
Can I upgrade my ticket at any time?
Yes, of course you can. If you’d like to change the ticket option you’ve purchased, please do not hesitate to email us at [email protected]. We’d love to hear from you.
When will the Group Coaching sessions and one-on-one consulting be held?
The Group Coaching sessions will be held within the month following the Masterclass. A timely communication will be made with you to ensure we find a date best suited. The one-on-one consulting will commence in February. We will make a sign-up sheet available to all who have purchased the Stay The Course ticket. Should you not find a suitable slot, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we can make a plan.
Are the Masterclasses, Group Coaching sessions and one-on-one consulting sessions all virtual events?
Yes. All these will happen virtually via Zoom. As much as we would love to meet you in person, prioritising health and safety in this time is our number one concern. We’ll see you online!
