ABOUT
Sanctuary Project in partnership with Pulse Veterinary Clinic will be sterilizing 12 dogs/cats from rural areas in partnership with various outreach organisations.
OUR MISSION: to sterilize 2025 dogs/cats by the year 2025
The dogs that benefit from this project belong to owners in rural areas who cannot afford veterinary care. We have arranged for our partner organisation to collect and return the dogs from their homes. These pets are loved by their owners and lead good lives, but the owners know that to prevent unwanted litters, sterilization is key.
Each clinic day costs Sanctuary Project +/- R10 000 depending on the weight or sex of the dog/cat.
We cannot do this initiative without the funding we raise from our Sanctuary Project supporters.
Until the COVID restrictions ease, we will be arranging one sterilization day per month. So if any additional funds are raised these will be carried over to future sterilization days.
