The Yammie Chit Chat is seeking to create a safe space for all round self care...especially during the pandemic where for those who are already struggling with body acceptance are now left to not only work on that, but to also try manoeuvre all other stressors that have come with being in a pandemic..which in return would make one feel unworthy on many things.
