ABOUT

 This retreat we look inward to the internal healing we need to do as BIPOC teachers and students. In order to strengthen our resolve to change things, we need to heal our ancestral traumas and woundings because we cannot move forward with confidence without doing this work. Our two classes will very much be themed around this and our panel discussion topic is: “Healing within - How do we build self-esteem and release ourselves from our internal demons.” We have not one but TWO special guests joining us this time on our panel discussion: @drgailparker from the US & @sabi.kerr from the UK.
