GirlCode Summit

ABOUT

GirlCode is a non-profit organisation aimed at empowering young girls and women through technology. All proceeds raised from this event will allow us to introduce coding and robotics to more young girls in disadvantaged communities throughout the country.

On August 12th we will host our second virtual summit galvanizing 20 incredible women in tech speakers to share their journey in a male dominated industry with us. Not only that but to pave the way for a diverse and inclusive tech ecosystem in Africa. We want to be sure all the voices of our community are heard.

The GirlCode Global Summit was created for women in tech to:

• Network: We are calling on women in tech across the globe to participate as digital delegates. This is a great opportunity to share your LinkedIn profile and connect with like minded women.

• Belong to a Community: Provide an ongoing online community of peers, mentors and partners that provide continuous training and resources via our social media, training workshops and access to continuous opportunities.
