What do we cover in this workshop?

Do you understand the difference between the different platforms? Should you be on twitter, pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn or Instagram. And should you be on ALL of them?

When should you post, what statistics should you be reviewing the make better decisions going forward, what content works best for customer engagement and how often should you post.

This is a general workshop around the basics of social media and provides an understanding about all the different platforms and how you can use them to your benefit.
