Online Meditation Class - Thursday 9 July


Developing Inner Strength with Gen Kelsang Mila


Tuesday 18:30 – 19:30 and Thursdays 10:00 – 11:00


In this series we will be training our mind, using different meditations to help improve our happiness. 

At present our negative mind that produces our unhappiness is very strong and our positive mind that produces our happiness, is relatively weak, therefore join us to learn how to improve our positive states of mind.

·        An Explanation of Mantra 2nd and 7th

This class will be held online via Zoom.


Once you have paid, the ticket that is emailed to you will contain the Meeting ID for the Zoom call.


Use the Zoom app and Join Meeting with the Meeting ID that was sent to you in the ticket. You do not need to sign into Zoom
