Online Meditation Course : Dealing with Stress and Worry with Dr Colinda Linde
Many people are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life, especially during these uncertain times it is difficult to be content and at ease.
Buddha taught unique and practical ways in which to dispel our worries and anxiety by developing a mind of inner peace.
In this half-day course Dr Colinda Linde will introduce you to this special way of thinking, which will lead you to deal with your negative emotions more confidently and effectively.
All the meditations and teachings will be based on the profound teachings of Buddha. Everybody is welcome – no need for any previous experience of meditation.
This teaching will be conducted via Zoom.
