During this period a lot of us are struggling with Anxiety. 


Some anxiety can be resolved through changing lifestyle habits such as drinking less coffee, changing your work and bed space and switching off social media. Mostly, however, we have deeply routed feelings, parts of ourself that is not in harmony, causing this distress.


This workshop will look at the deep rooted parts within ourself we often oppress. This can be parts within ourself with opposite views being in conflict with each other; parts of the self we do not want to acknowledge as well as parts we judge.
