About

Coronavirus update - during the restriction on gatherings we are offering this workshop via Zoom - it will take place from 2pm to 5pm and will be followed up by a 1.2.1 coaching session a week later - also on Zoom

The ticket price has been reduced from R1500 to R1250 and you can attend from anywhere in the world - never a better time to do the workshop!

All you need is a computer - we will send you a link to join the workshop and provide any technical assistance you need.

This is a workshop for people who would like to change their relationship with alcohol. We give you the information and tools you need to change your behaviour. The session will provide you with the structure and time to reflect on your drinking while preparing to moderate or stop. We enable you to examine and reframe your deeply held beliefs around alcohol, which will diminish your desire to drink. The session is very interactive and you will create an action plan for change.

The workshop fee will include a follow up one to one coaching session via Zoom which will consolidate your learnings and firm up your action plan. This session is usually held about one week after the workshop.

The workshop and the follow up coaching session will be facilitated by Janet Gourand, the founder of World Without Wine who was dependent on wine for many years but finally ditched the drink on 23rd May, 2015.

Janet is a qualified Recovery Coach and has 25 years corporate experience in training and development. She designed this workshop to enable people to change their relationship with alcohol and a survey of participants showed that 44% had stopped drinking and another 31% have reduced their intake.

Attending the workshop will bring you into our WWW community via our WhatsApp Group.
