EACH SESSION is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT to the next, with an entirely DIFFERENT FOCUS and an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT WORKOUT CONCEPT, but all are part of a STRUCTURED FITNESS PROGRAM that will help you accomplish all your training needs in one week, including workout balance, muscle recovery and increased performance, whilst ensuring consistent variety and reducing boredom.
EACH WEEK promises not only to improve your STRENGTH, ENDURANCE & FLEXIBILITY, while BURNING LOADS of CALORIES, but will also help TONE, SHAPE & SCULPT every part of your body, ESPECIALLY YOUR ASS, and increase your SPEED, POWER, AGILITY, MOBILITY, STABILITY & BALANCE.

DAY 5: SUPER CIRCUIT POWER TRAINING
Cardiovascular Fitness, Full Body Strength, Endurance, Speed, Power, Agility, Mobility.
DAY 6: STRETCH THERAPY & RELAXATION
Full Body Strength & Core Stability, Flexibility, Mobility, Agility & Stress Release
YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORKOUT EVERY DAY, you can CHOOSE THE DAYS YOU WANT, or have time for, or MIX & MATCH them with your own existing workout program. TRY THEM ALL FIRST and then see which days make most sense for you, BUT I think you should just JOIN ME FOR ALL OF THEM!
