Online Meditation Class - Thursday 18 June

General Programme - How best to help our self and others? - with Gen Kelsang Mila

In this class we will learn how to cultivate and stabilize our inner peace through meditation practice.  We will learn to develop our beautiful qualities, such as patience, love and compassion, for our self and others, and how to maintain a peaceful and positive mind, even during difficult times. 

This class will be held online via Zoom.

Once you have paid, the ticket that is emailed to you will contain the Meeting ID for the Zoom call.

Use the Zoom app and Join Meeting with the Meeting ID that was sent to you in the ticket. You do not need to sign into Zoom
