The Light Within
The sun is a symbol of the soul, and the word 'solstice' in Latin means sun standing still. As the 20th of June marks the longest night and shortest day, we'll be honoring the light we carry within us.
Grab your candles, pillows and yoga mat and join me for a special class focusing on breath work, intention setting and yogic philosophy all weaved into a gentle Vinyasa flow class.
