Many first time buyers are not aware that they may qualify for a Government Subsidy as a First Time Buyer.

NEW HOME LOAN APPROVED

To qualify, you require the following:

• Your home loan must be approved
• You must be a first time buyer/home owner - you and your spouse/partner
• You must earn between R3 501- R22 000 [the total combined household income]
• You must have a financial dependent - your spouse or your child
• You must be a South African Citizen.

HOME LOAN ALREADY REGISTERED?

• If your home loan is already registered, - you can only apply after registration if you live in the
• Western Cape for up to 24 months and
• 3 months if you live in Gauteng
• 24 months in the Free State
• In the Eastern Cape - you need to apply before the transfer was registered.

FLISP ASSISTANCE

• We are a private company that provide assistance and help with your FLISP subsidy submission and processing.
• We provide a service - at a fee - see below the fee applicable and how you can pay.
• Once you paid our team will guide and assist you in the process.
• The turn-around time will depend on how quickly the Department of Human Settlements or NHFC will process your application once they receive the full set of documents from us.

The costs is R1 500.00 per application.

HOW CAN I PAY?

You can pay for it in two portions:

• Deposit of R750.00 to get started and the balance of R 1 500 in one extra instalment
• SPECIAL DEAL - ONLY FOR CENTRAL BLUE DEVELOPMENT BUYERS
• If you buy in the Central Blue Development, a special lower deposit is R500.00 is required.The balance of the fee is payable once the FLISP subsidy is approved.

• SAVE AND PAY - A discounted price R1 300.00 if you pay all in advance.
