How to Transition from Overwhelmed to Hopeful During Uncertain Times - Reframing Stress From the Inside Out
In this interactive workshop, you will go from feeling overwhelmed, frustrated and stressed out to having a sense of self awareness, hope and relief.
You will discover:
- How to embrace and reframe uncertainty to reduce stress;
- Tools for reducing anxiety;
- Exercises to increase your self-awareness; and
- What is holding you back from setting healthy boundaries so you can start teaching others how you would like to be treated.
Who is this workshop for:
This workshop will benefit most women as many people are feeling stressed and overwhelmed. The tools that you learn during this workshop will not only help you cope during this time, but will equip you with strategies to deal with stress and anxiety in your life more generally.
About the presenter:
This workshop will be hosted by Beth, owner of Wildflower Transformation Coach. Beth is passionate about working with women who are at risk of stress and burn out by empowering them to let go of limiting beliefs and emotions.
She is a certified transformation and life coach with a history of working in banking and finance. She is also a mom to her daughter Chloe' so you can say she knows a thing or two about stress and burn out.
Having lived in South Africa, London and Geneva, she is a global citizen and has experienced how different cultures manage stress depending on social conditioning and beliefs.
It is her mission to help women let go of who they think they should be, reconnect with themselves and avoid burnout.
Where, when and how much:
The workshop will take place online on Friday, 26 June 2020 from 11:00 until 14:00.
This workshop will be hosted online over Zoom. Zoom is an interactive video-conferencing, meeting and chat platform. As with our in-person workshops, you will still be able to ask questions and receive real-time answers during the live workshop. You will be able to access this workshop from anywhere in the World through the Zoom platform (app or online).
Once you have booked your ticket, you will be sent a code (on 25 June) to join the workshop as well as instructions for how to access Zoom, if needed.
