Cooking with Chef Judi: Learn how to make crispy potato gnocchi

Learn how to make crispy potato gnocchi with chicken, Parma ham, baby spinach & mushrooms with Chef Judi, the owner and founder of Pilcrow & Cleaver in Cape Town.
To keep the atmosphere intimate, there are only 10 tickets available and you'll receive the Zoom details before the event starts.
You will need to do a bit of prep work before the Zoom cooking class starts: One hour before the class starts (17h00), place potatoes on salt with skin on, no oil, in the oven at 180 degrees. Do not do it earlier, potatoes have to be hot at the start of the class.
For this class, you will need to have the following ingredients:
3 potatoes
Cake Flour
2 Eggs
2 Chicken breasts/ boneless skinless thighs
Approximately 100g Parma Ham
1 Handful of Baby Spinach
250ml Cream
Thyme
Parsley
Mushrooms (wild, button or field)
1 White Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic
Sea Salt
Pepper
150g Butter
You will also need the following equipment:
An Oven
2 Hobs (gas or electric)
1 x Oven Tray
1 x Sieve
1 x Medium Pot
2 x Frying Pan
1 x Wooden Spoon
2 x Chopping Boards
1 x Sharp Knife
1 x Mixing Bowl
