ABOUT

Our financial literacy programmes are aimed at children of all ages and school grades. We believe in the importance of teaching children about money now while they are young in order to prepare them for a successful financial future.

The effects of the COVID-19 pandemic have and will result in immense readjustments in our way of life, largely due to the impact of our current macroeconomic climate on our personal finances. As we as parents make plans and adjustments to our personal pockets, we believe there’s no better time to help facilitate healthy, structured and educational money conversations with your children.

To this end, FitFinance would like to help your children understand the financial difficulties that characterise our current operating context as well as the need for inculcating respect for money and a savings culture from a young age. To achieve this, we would like to offer free (valued at R500 per course) access to our financial literacy curriculum to grade 3 - grade 12 learners during the COVID-19 lockdown.

We understand that for many of us it can get overwhelming to be working from home, homeschooling and running a household all at the same time. We strongly believe that this platform will not only be a good resource for children to optimize on their spare time but a worthwhile investment in teaching them a key life skill that is necessary for sound economic participation in our lifetime.
