How to purchase a ticket for your preferred date.

  1. Click on "tickets" in the green button.
  2. Click on the arrow of the drop down box and choose one of the date options provided.
  3. Select your ticket and make your payment.
  • Ticket option 1 - Standard R150 contribution.
  • Ticket option 2 - Pay what you can afford. (More or less than R150)


(A large percentage of contributions received will go towards our campaign Breathe to Relieve, in support of communities and families who don't have food and essential resources during these challenging times. We will keep you informed about amounts donated, charities supported and the positive impact that your contribution has had on someone less fortunate).

We reconnect with our true power and vitality, inviting deep healing, peace and flow into our lives. This powerful breathing technique impacts all energy levels - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

You access the breathwork session online via Zoom

It's so easy to use zoom, simply:

  1. Download zoom for free on your computer, phone or device.
  2. Click on the zoom link and enter the password (You'll receive the link and password via email when you purchase your ticket).
  3. Plug in your headset, lie back and experience the magic.


What you'll need for the session:

  1. A ticket from Quicket providing your zoom link and password.
  2. Stable internet connection.
  3. A headset is highly recommended for best sound quality experience.
  4. A comfortable, quiet space to lie down where you won't be disturbed.
  5. A warm blanket and head cushion (an eye mask or something to block out light is also ideal).
  6. Drinking water for after the session.


Session format:

Sessions are between 90 and 120 minutes long.

  • 30 minutes introduction. (Experienced breathers can skip the intro if they wish)
  • 60 minutes breathwork.
  • 10 minutes grounding.
  • 20 minutes optional sharing and closing
