EMOTIONAL EATING WORKSHOP


If you are struggling with emotional eating during the lockdown, please know that you are not alone. It is the reality of millions of people worldwide. We are living in uncertain times and so many of us feel stressed and anxious. At the same time, we don't have access to our usual coping strategies, such us meeting up with friends, going for a run or spending time in nature.


In this workshop you will learn:

  • the 14 signs of emotional eating
  • why we turn to food when times are tough
  • 5 strategies to nip emotional eating in the bud
