Women’s month in South Africa (August) is going to be celebrated a little differently this year. Never in our lifetime has there been a greater need for astute women in every walk of life to step up to lead – and what they need most right now is inspiration, encouragement and a sense of connection.

Being an astute woman leader requires authenticity, awareness, adeptness and alignment. These four qualities embrace the most crucial skills for navigating our way through the massive complexity, change and conflict in which we are living - skills like collaboration, complexity thinking, creativity, sense-making, digital thinking and strategy execution.
