We all have a few specific Spirit Guides assisting us at different times on our journey through life, and one main Spirit Guide who is with us from the time of our birth. Every one of us has the ability to communicate with our Guides, if we believe they exist and should we wish to, or need to. All humans are assisted and guided in some way, regardless of what we believe and whether or not we are aware of this protection and guidance.
