ABOUT

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING is my favourite program to teach, I include CALISTHENICS, or BODY WEIGHT STRENGTH TRAINING, and STRUCTURAL BODY CONDITIONING, with PILATES, YOGA & BALLET based movements, as well as loads of BALANCE & STRETCH positions....it's a tough session, but worth it.


This SLOW & CONTROLLED class is very technique & posture focused, and is a complete FULL BODY WORKOUT, aimed at strengthening, shaping, toning & firming all major & minor muscle groups, leaving you feeling stronger, tighter, sexier & more fabulous.


The class starts with a wonderful WAKE-UP STRETCH, and then incorporates various combinations of LEG & BALANCE movements, ARMS & UPPER BODY conditioning, serious BUM, BOOTAY, BUTT & ASS workouts, as well as ABS & CORE STRENGTH training, and then ends off with a fabulous RELAXATION STRETCH.
