Gentle Yin/Restorative Yoga Workshop for Tight Hips and Lower Back Pain
If you're beginning to feel any painful or uncomfortable effects of working from home in your body, then this workshop is for you. The muscles and fascia of the hip joint can become chronically tight from sitting for long periods of time, which leads to pain in the lower back and hips. To help you adjust to the current work-from-home situation, yoga & wellness expert, Tarin Calmeyer has put together a beginner-friendly workshop targeting common ailments and/or discomforts which inhibit the body and mind. This session will include tips to help you get on top of any pain in your lower back and hips by incorporating breathing, meditation, movement and /or fascial release.
What you will need:
A computer/smartphone
Strong internet connection
The Zoom app (download here: https://zoom.us/download)
A space in your home to stretch
A yoga mat or large towel
A cushion or pillow
Anything else you want to make the space comfortable
