TOGETHER WE CAN

Cape Town Together is bringing communities together through Community Action Networks (CAN). Neighbors in Brackenfell have joined virtual hands to form the Brackenfell CAN!

The Brackenfell CAN and Kraaifontein CAN are part of a network of over 50 CANs across Cape Town. We all volunteer our time and skills to support one another through and beyond this pandemic of COVID-19

We are collecting donations to assist our neighbors in Brackenfell and Kraaifontein and organisations in surrounding areas with food parcels, toiletries, toys, and other essentials.

At the moment we are serving 10 000 meals per week and the need continues to grow.

Your donation will be appreciated no matter how small. We would like to collect as many Madibas as possible to donate orphanages, old age homes, places of safety and other charities in the northern suburbs.
