A gentle somatic movement session to release tension, to tune inwards and find joy through moving your body. Shifting emotions through embodied practices can be powerful - bring and share all that you wish so it can be held in this space for newness to emerge.

You will need a quiet comfortable place and will be moving in contact with the floor.

This is a self-care movement practice that can offer you simple practices that help you to unwind deep tension, move more effortlessly, restore vitality and find freedom within your body for a more present life experience.
