Yin Yoga is also helpful in the treatment of chronic pain conditions (such as lower back pain, rheumatoid arthritis, and fibromyalgia), and in the rehabilitation of sports and other physical injuries.

Class sizes are limited to allow space for individual attention.


You will need a smooth soft surface to practice on (such as a yoga mat, carpet, or a large towel), a firm blanket (or a second towel), and a couple of scatter cushions (or bed pillows).
