Restorative Yoga focuses on soothing the nervous system through the release of deeply held physical tension and stiffness; supporting the immune system to promote emotional well-being.


This form of yoga is recommended for stress reduction, burnout, chronic pain, and supporting one’s overworked body. 


Join me for a live 75-minute online Restorative Yoga class from the comfort of your home.


Class sizes are limited to allow space for individual attention.


You will need a smooth soft surface to practice on (such as a yoga mat, carpet, or a big towel), a room that is quiet and not too bright, with access to a wall. Supporting the body is essential in Restorative Yoga and you will need the following props for the class: 4 bed pillows, 2 scatter cushions (or 2 small blankets), 2 towels and a face towel.
