Join me every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9 Am for a 30 minute full body Hiit throw down for the month of April


You will need:

A body

An internet connection

A smart phone or tablet

A mat ( or a thick rug will suffice )

A positive attitude


Have a bottle of water and a sweat towel at the ready


N.B!

Please warm up for 5-10 minutes before the session begins - you can do something like this:

Arm Swings

Leg Swings

Air Squats

Jumping Jacks

High Knees

Butt Kicks

Jogging on the spot or round your yard


The session will be 30 minutes in duration, doing body weight movements only - no equipment necessary


We will cool down for 5 minutes at the end


This is a donation only service, I will not be charging a set fee per session.

Donations to me are entirely voluntary & at your discretion completely.

I know many people will and are being impacted financially due to the pandemic, so I am hoping this will assist those impacted to keep exercising in spite of finances, and also to keep some income coming in while my gym is closed.
