Online class.

Nowadays we have so many distractions that it is rare to enjoy even a few moments of mental peace. However, by learning to train in the skill of concentration, it will help you keep a peaceful, focused, flexible and open mind during this time of self isolation and when life in the work place resumes. With this new found concentration it will significantly improve your meditation experience and overall inner peace, happiness and well being.


Gen Mila will explain a special and proven meditation training known as tranquil abiding training, that will enable you to accomplish these goals. Whether you are an experienced meditator or new to meditation, these classes will greatly help to improve the quality and enjoyment of meditation practise, concentration and life in general.

Once you have paid, the ticket that is emailed to you will contain the Meeting ID for the Zoom call.


Use the Zoom app and Join Meeting with the Meeting ID that was sent to you in the ticket. You do not need to sign into Zoom
