This invaluable course includes the skills, systems and methods to produce both a business plan for an NPO as a whole as well as a detailed plan to resource an organisation in the short, medium and longer term. Presenter, Jill Ritchie, advises non-profits and tertiary institutions on their fundraising planning as a core aspect of her consulting and therefore has ‘up-to-the-minute’ ideas and suggestions to share.
