The average person breathes using less than 20% of lung capacity. Breathwork alone can profoundly empower a person and regular practice is key. Together with exercise these classes offer unique holistic benefits.


Here’s a quiet exercise: Take a deep breath, expanding your belly. Pause. Exhale slowly to the count of five. Repeat four times. Congratulations. You’ve just calmed your nervous system.


We are pleased to offer weekly Monday & Wednesday Breathwork Classes with Breath Coach, Aumji Kistan at our newly established Inner Balance Studio. These classes include yoga & pilates style exercises so you experience a boost of oxygen and energy which improves physical performance.

You will leave feeling light, alert, refreshed & relaxed. This class profoundly helps your yoga and other exercise practices as well as meditation. Ideally for intermediate level however caters for beginners as well.
