We'll be covering topics such as: Eating a balanced diet, Supplements, Busting vegan myths, Meal planning, Common ingredients and where to find them.
You will also receive a folder to take home with you containing: Recipes, Snack Ideas, Plant Proteins and a Resource List.
We will have a Q & A too so if you have anything specific you'd like to ask, be sure to let us know.
