Introducing a Wellness Workshop for just for you to FALL IN LOVE with YOURSELF again. As women we tend to rush through life, trying to provide the best life possible for our families, we often don’t have spare time to do the things that make us happy and stress free. This lady’s half day wellness experience with reconnect your mind, body and soul. It’ll teach you how to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet every woman deserves.
What’s included?
Inspirational talk on finding a purposeful plan to life, a 45-minute yoga lesson opening the mind and body, 90 min Life Coach Vision board session, ending with a delicious harvest table lunch and two discount vouchers to enjoy. 20% of all tickets sold will go to the Little Cancer Fighters in Paarl.
