Beerhouse Meet The Brewers events represent the forefront of beer and food pairing. Red Sky Brew joins us for a second time with some exciting new beers. Mark Goldsworthy is an extremely talented winemaker who has turned from the dark side to the light, and is now making a range of great beers, including the impressive Vampire Robust Porter (seen below). Mark will take us through the logic of their brewing process, as you sample some of their brews, accompanied by our gourmet food pairings, prepared specifically to compliment, contrast and cut Red Sky’s range.
